Rockwall Williams Middle School had significant expansions and renovations as part of the 2021 bond program.  Our scope included framing, drywall, insulation, FRP, specialty wood look ceilings and acoustical wall panels.

The Jesuit additions consisted of a new chapel and entrance, porte cochere allowing covered pick up and drop off and new academic and administrative spaces.  Our team installed an extensive amount of Rulon and Metalworks ceilings throughout the campus.

Basis Plano was a renovation of an existing 111,000 SF church that also included a 16,000 SF storm shelter addition.  The project created new classrooms, a gymnasium and special learning spaces.

Rockwall County Annex was a new 21,000 SF annex building with large community rooms, voting rooms, and offices.

Wayside Middle School is a ground up 162,000 SF school to replace the older existing middle school next door.  Our scope consisted of framing, drywall, insulation, FRP, linear metal ceilings and acoustical wall panels.

This new 136,000 SF is set to open in Summer 2026 that consists of 220 rooms and all sort of amenities including swimming pools. Lounge decks, on-site dining, meeting spaces and a fitness center.

Leonard Middle School consists of new building additions for classrooms, fine arts, weight room and a new lobby.  The interior renovations consist of a media center, girl’s locker room, science labs, and a refreshed administration space.

This project involves building a new Pre-K through 5th-grade facility and demolishing the old school on the same site.  Set to open in 2026, this campus will hold over 800 students.

This indoor multipurpose facility will provide Everman ISD an option to continue practices no matter the Texas weather conditions.

Two new private hangars out at Dallas Love Field airport with office spaces within the hangars.
